Sustainability consulting: design assistance for ENERGY STAR and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), especially LEED
for Homes and for Neighbourhood Developments (LEED-H and LEED-ND). Please note that LEED-NC consulting services in the commercial
sectors are offered with partners and sub-consultants specializing in commercial buildings;
Qualification/certification services for LEED for Homes, EnerGuide, and ENERGY STAR new homes;
Renewable Energy consulting: support in determining which renewable energy technologies (from wind, solar, micro-hydro, geothermal,
and biomass/biogas, for electricity and/or heat) are best suited to a given application;
Turn-key design/install consulting and contracting for wind, solar, micro-hydro, geothermal, and biomass/biogas systems;
Renewable Energy resource assessments (eg: wind and solar), feasibility studies, and corresponding environmental impact assessments
(if and when required);
Incentive and Grant program consulting services;
Net
Metering program, and the Ontario Renewable Energy
Standard Offer Program (SOP, or RESOP);
Financing and Insurance procurement support;
